В документации на CGP написано в разделе о том, как экспортировать
keytab из AD:

"because of the bugs in the Windows 2000 Active Directory, it is
recommended to use the -kvno 0 parameter when using the ktpass command
on that platform. "

Что за баг имеется в виду?
