The customer is used to "reserve rooms" with Microsoft Outlook / Exchange, (https://practical365.com/exchange-server-2010-room-mailboxes-step-by-step-guide/). 1. Will he be able to do it with CommuniGate Pro ? 2. Since CommuniGate Pro does not have "room mailboxes", how can our customer "reserve rooms" with CommuniGate Pro ? 3. If CommuniGate Pro does not have this functionality, we could create a shared calendar for each room, and add "room reservations" (events) there. However, everybody would have to have read/write permissions on those shared calendars, and would be able to delete or change other employees reservations, which is bad. Please share some insight on how to manage room reservations with CommuniGate Pro.
